Terms and Conditions

1.        New World Computers service a wide area and offer FREE or Low-cost pickup and delivery based on your location. Any pick up/delivery costs will be clearly communicated before transactions are made.

2.        Your safety is our first priority so New World Computers offers 100% contactless transactions. To assist with contactless pickups and deliveries we ask that you unplug all hardware and leave in a safe location for easy handling. If this is not possible and there is a risk to either the technician or the customer this needs to be identified at the time of booking. Customers failing to disclose possible risks may incur an additional FEE.

3.        Warranty is offered on all parts, accessories and labour. New parts come with 12-month warranty and used parts with a 3-month warranty. Labour warranty covers the life of the parts warranty and any extra labour will be performed at NO cost when warranty criteria is met.

4.        In NO way does warranty cover loss, corruption or deletion of user data or software installed.

5.        New World Computers takes great care in handling user data, employing strict protocols and procedures to protect the customer from loss of data during services and repairs, however, can under NO circumstances ensure total protection and therefore will not be liable for loses.

6.        Warranty will not be accepted without valid proof of purchase and will be subject to usual warranty conditions.

7.        Free pickup and delivery apply for all warranty claims.

8.        New World Computers prides itself in using only the best quality new & used parts. All work involving new or used parts will be discussed with customers prior to installation.

10.       All invoices and billing MUST be paid in full either prior to or on delivery of agreed works. New World Computers reserves the right to WITHOLD hardware or services until payment is made in FULL.

11.       New World Computers accepts a wide range of payment methods to help suit most customer needs.
